At the time I was working as a supervisor for a high-end-pressured NYC construction company which at least afforded me to pay for a studio, where I wanted to do something with paint, but couldn't. I came across abandon table tops and wood panels, the idea of cutting content into them came to me, something related to the baby-wall cutout from the Illigitiment Questions. My father had passed away around that time, so I made a piece about what happened.
